Many Lusso products are handmade, hand-finished, antique, vintage, artisan-produced, or created using natural materials.

Variations in color, size, shape, weave, texture, pattern, grain, veining, finish, distressing, construction, or craftsmanship are natural characteristics and are not necessarily defects.

Handmade rugs may display characteristics such as:

• Temporary shedding

• Loose fibers or sprouting

• Slight irregularities along edges

• Differences resulting from hand-knotting or hand-finishing

Natural stone, marble, onyx, wood, leather, wool, metal, and other organic materials will vary from one piece to another.

Photographs are representative of the merchandise but may not display every natural variation. When purchasing a one-of-a-kind product, customers may contact Lusso to request additional photographs when available.

5. Colors and Screen Display

We make reasonable efforts to display product colors and finishes accurately. However, the appearance of colors may vary depending on:

• Lighting conditions

• Photography

• Surrounding furnishings

• Dye lots

• Natural-material variations

• Manufacturing or production runs

We cannot guarantee that the color displayed on your device will precisely match the physical product.

Customers are encouraged to request available samples or additional photographs before ordering when precise color matching is important.

6. Measurements and Product Fit

Product dimensions are approximate unless specifically stated otherwise.

Handmade merchandise may have minor dimensional variations. Customers are responsible for measuring their space and confirming that products will fit through all:

• Loading areas

• Intended installation spaces

Lusso is not responsible when merchandise does not fit into or through the customer’s property.

Additional delivery, return, redelivery, storage, disassembly, modification, or restocking expenses resulting from access or measurement limitations are the customer’s responsibility.

7. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without notice. The price charged will generally be the price displayed when the order is placed, subject to correction of errors.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, discount, promotion, tax, inventory, or product-information errors, even after an order has been submitted.

If an order contains a material pricing error, we may contact you for approval of the corrected price or cancel the affected order and issue a refund.

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is processed.

Available payment methods may include credit card, debit card, electronic payment, ACH, bank transfer, gift card, or another method approved by Lusso.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate billing and payment information.

8. Taxes

Applicable sales, use, local, state, or other taxes may be added to your order based on the delivery destination, billing information, merchandise type, or applicable law.

Customers claiming tax-exempt or resale status must provide valid and complete documentation acceptable to Lusso before the transaction is processed as exempt.

Providing resale or tax-exemption documentation does not automatically guarantee approval.

Customers remain responsible for taxes, assessments, or reporting obligations that may apply to their purchase.

9. Orders and Order Acceptance

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase merchandise. Lusso may accept or decline an order at its discretion, subject to applicable law.

An automated order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance.

11. Custom, Made-to-Order, and Special Orders

Custom, made-to-order, and special-order merchandise may include products made, sourced, altered, reserved, or ordered specifically for the customer.

This may include:

• Custom-sized rugs

• Custom-colored rugs

• Rugs with custom binding, serging, resizing, or treatment

• Furniture in custom fabrics, finishes, leathers, sizes, or configurations

• Merchandise specially ordered from a manufacturer or supplier

• Products transferred or imported specifically for a customer

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all specifications, measurements, materials, finishes, colors, quantities, and order details before approval.

Custom, made-to-order, and special-order merchandise cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged after the order has been approved, placed with the supplier, altered, or entered into production, except where required by applicable law or approved by Lusso in writing.

Deposits and payments for these orders are nonrefundable once the order has been approved and placed with the manufacturer or supplier.

Production and delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by manufacturing, freight, customs, supplier, port, weather, carrier, or other delays outside Lusso’s reasonable control.

12. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery estimates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed arrival dates unless Lusso expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

Delivery may be delayed due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

• Manufacturer delays

• Supplier delays

• Carrier disruptions

• Customs or port delays

• Weather

• Natural disasters

• Labor interruptions

• Inventory discrepancies

• Transportation limitations

• Incorrect customer information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that someone authorized to receive and inspect the merchandise is available during the scheduled delivery window.

Additional delivery, storage, handling, or redelivery charges resulting from missed appointments, restricted access, inaccurate information, or refusal of undamaged merchandise may be charged to the customer.

The customer may be required to sign a delivery receipt confirming receipt and condition.

13. Inspection and Damage Claims

Customers must inspect merchandise promptly upon delivery or pickup.

Visible shipping or delivery damage should be noted on the delivery receipt before signing. Merchandise with significant visible freight damage should be refused when reasonably possible.

Damage, defects, missing components, or incorrect merchandise must be reported within the period stated in our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers may be required to provide:

• The order number

• A description of the issue

• Photographs of the merchandise

• Photographs of the packaging

• Photographs of the shipping label

• Photographs showing damage to the box, crate, wrapping, or protective materials

All packaging should be retained until the claim has been reviewed.

Failure to retain packaging or provide the requested documentation may affect our ability to process a carrier or manufacturer claim.

14. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Returns, refunds, exchanges, cancellations, restocking fees, and return-shipping eligibility are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service.

Eligible, regularly priced, in-stock rugs may qualify for free returns within 30 calendar days of delivery or pickup, subject to the requirements and exclusions stated in the Return & Refund Policy.

Furniture, décor, custom merchandise, special orders, clearance merchandise, antique merchandise, floor models, showroom samples, and final-sale products may be subject to different conditions or may be nonreturnable.

Customers should review the Return & Refund Policy before placing an order.

If these Terms of Service conflict with the Return & Refund Policy regarding a return or refund, the Return & Refund Policy will control.

15. Trade, Designer, Wholesale, and Commercial Accounts

Trade pricing and account privileges are available only to approved customers and may require valid resale, business, or professional documentation.

Trade pricing, discounts, account privileges, and program terms may be modified or discontinued at Lusso’s discretion.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, trade, designer, wholesale, commercial, hospitality, tax-exempt, and project orders are final sale.

Trade pricing and discounts are intended solely for the approved account holder and may not be transferred, shared, advertised, or used by an unauthorized third party.

The approved account holder is responsible for all purchases placed through the account and for keeping login and account information secure.

Lusso may suspend or terminate a trade account for misuse, inaccurate documentation, payment issues, abusive conduct, or violation of program terms.

16. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions, discount codes, sale prices, and special offers:

• Are valid only during the stated promotional period

• May be limited to qualifying merchandise

• May exclude custom or special orders

• May not be combined unless expressly permitted

• Have no cash value

• May be limited to one use per customer or order

• May be changed or discontinued at any time

Discounts cannot generally be applied retroactively to completed purchases.
